this is one of the most erotic, dark portraits that i have ever seen ... the eyes, the look, what I call the Lolita fingers to the mouth, the makeup ... as Oliver asked "can i have some more, please".

This is... absolutely stunning. I've never seen a close up that was this good before, seriously.
Did you do anything to the eyes? Any editing or anything? Either way, the colour is vibrant, and entrancing... There's certainly a touch of something not-sane in them. (Sorry if that sounds a bit mean! 
The paint and fake blood is great, particularly under the left eye- like dried blood, and dark lines from insomnia. Blood around the fingernails is a nice touch too- implications of self harm, or scratching. A nice touch, on the insanity idea.
My only small criticism of the fake blood is above the nose - It works, but I think if it looked like there was small clumps of blood in the hair, or something like a larger spot of blood, to show where the cut is, it would add that tiny extra detail.
I adore the colour in the picture - which may sound a little odd, given there isn't much, but it is excellent. There's certainly a mechanic at work here. The black hair, eyelashes, etc. is in such contrast with the skin tone, it adds another lovely touch. The pale look of the unhealthy, and of the dead... And red is the most eye-catching of colours. It attracts my eyes, so I can hardly look away. The colour mixture is perfectly composed.
A funny little detail I notice is on the left eye - it's slightly covered by hair, and if you focus directly on that pupil, it looks as though the expression changes to a much more demented one. Look back at the more visible eye, and the expression changes to this evil, macabre appearance.
The title "self-destruct sequence" perfectly sums up (and adds to) the masochistic feel, that this person is in serious danger of harming themselves, and others... I should probably stop talking now though. In short - this picture is stunningly beautiful, if I'm allowed use that word to describe something so terrifyingly sinister.
This is a masterpiece. Fave'd.

I didn't edit the eyes, no. I never do. And ah, I will keep that in mind for the next one! There was blood all in my hair, haha, but it's probably hard to tell.
