How he kills/wounds in Combat: Stitches attacks right away (most of the time), He will throw his poison needles into you're skin (aims for pressure points if he can <-- game he plays with himself) after his victim is to exhausted from the poison he will tie them to whatever sturdy thing he can find and then as they are still awake stitches there mouth shut (or hands together depending on what he feels like) then they die of the poison slowly.

History made short:

Garret was a tailors assistant who had fallen in love with a girl who would come in a lot for clothing repairs. He had eventually caught on that she was ripping clothing for an excuse to come in every other day to see him. As he worked she would flirt a bit with him. As time passed he gathered up courage and told the woman that she was beautiful. After he did so, the woman kissed him and told him that she loved him. He was so happy to finally say what his heart had been wanting to say.

One day he had a day off from work. He wanted to go because he knew that she would go in with something for him to fix. When he entered the building with the spare staff key e had been given, he was meet with a disturbing sight. The woman he had fallen for was lip locked with his manager. He was only able to see above the counter, nor did he want to. He was going to storm out when he was griped firmly on his shoulders from behind. He turned to see the woman standing there as she held her pants up with one of her hands. Without second thought Garrett pushed her shouting "Dont touch me its disgusting!" he then was tackled by his manager. They fought as the girl got back up to grab needles to use as a weapon (she was scared) she jabbed a few into Stitches head as he was focused on fighting off his manager. Garrett got the upper hand eventually and knocked him out. He tied both bodies together and snapped. He begun to stick needles into there bodys holding a wide eyed, twisted look on his face. He eventually got string and sewed there eyes and moth shut. He had finally killed them after hours then left out the back. He is now forever on the move.
