While I certainly couldn't, I'm fairly certain that is still a realistically (if tightly) shaped gut. It even seems possible without waist training (re-shaping the waist through the constant wear of tight corsets, in extreme cases[or neglecting proper corset safety] this could cause organ displacement, but this wouldn't be an extreme case.)
