Susan used to be a normal Alcremie until she ended up drinking a mysterious beverage that caused her to grow a mouth on her belly with a voracious nature, as a result, the mouth loves to eat ANYTHING except the Headcremies and their relatives, the mouth also eats other predators and would-be predators. Because of this, despite being a Alcremie, Susan is 100% pred, but most of time, her mouth belly just takes control of her body to eat those who just want to befriend her, only to get eaten by her mouth belly, so Susan NEVER digests anyone. Susan also has a Gigantamax form, allowing her mouth belly to have an extremely increased appetite, as well as having to inhale objects to its mouth.
