Well hello there Prussia Neko, I didn't plan on drawing you until the pairings...I was listening to the German version of "Oogie Boogie Song" and could totally see Prussia as Mr. OB and Romano as Sandy Claws in the Italian version if they were put together. *cough* I may do that.
I didn't draw his ribbon or Gilbird because they didn't look right. I did do a funky whisker to add to his appearance, though.
