Description
Shortly after this strip came out: [link]posted a journal on his Fur Affinity account stating he was looking to take commissions. I'd seen his furry boxing stuff and thought it was decent. So I contacted him and managed to snag a commission. Only cost me $21 too! I just had him do an enlarged version of the last panel of the strip. It's a little different, but then that happens when you give two artists the same idea.
Still, the pic is pretty cool, and he's letting me post it here. ^.^ Hope you enjoy!

I wanted to thank you for posting this pic and for posting the link to Nip and Tuck. I'm really enjoying his comics.

I got one as well! COOL!
Ya know... this would look good on a solid black T shirt. Especially with the ring and mat wrapping around the whole shirt... or if it was a short sleeve buttoned shirt... and have the front a ring post and the buttons on the turnbuckle pad.
That'd be epic.

Yeah, it would be. However, I'm not sure how we'd split the profits. It's my character, but that's TioRoy's art...
Ah, well. Money isn't everything.

It's like with me, had any professional publisher said they wanted to publish my book, I wouldn't do it for money. As long as I have the rights to the characters and story I'd be happy. (And if it became a big hit with a movie and toy line or something I get percentage at that point.)

Yeah, mebbe even have one of those kinds of paints where water makes the paint appear. So splash her with hot water and a little trickle of blood from her nose and a bruised eye. Little blood smear on her gloves. Or other battle damage if she's in her everyday clothes.
I almost had a jointed Sierra action figure made. I had come into a lot of money and I found someone who did it for $300. A lot of money, but I was at the HEIGHT of my hopes and thought it'd be worth it. Next thing I know we're talking about it the toy maker said "So we're ready to start with the first stage, once I get the $300 payment. I won't need the OTHER payments until the first stage is complete.
Turns out it's $300 per STAGE, and there were 4-5 stages depending on complexity. So I didn't go through with it.

Yeah, I don't blame you. Problem with merchandise is that it can cost a pretty penny, depending on how long the process is and how expensive the materials are. And that's before you cover the expenses from marketing and other departments...

Yeah, it just woulda been one toy, for the sake of having it. But still, too expensive.
