Splashleaf is a quiet, sweet, painfully shy she-cat with an enormous capacity for love and affection. Jumpy and timid, she has relatively severe social anxiety and is absolutely terrified at the prospect of large crowds (or any gatherings at all) or extensive social interaction. Her entire body language is that of submission - her ears held back against her head, tail held low and oftentimes sweeping the ground. She has a knack for going almost unnoticed, and, if it wasn't for how easily startled she is it would be a skill worthy of praise - although it is entirely due to her hope to not be noticed. It's very rare to see her make eye contact with any cat - apart form her mate, Shiningwing, and four kits - and prefers to keep her gaze low and direct as little attention to herself as possible. Her shyness is startlingly obvious - her paws often shake when talking, and she has a stutter that grows more severe under stress - even her gait is unsteady and unsure. Despite this, once she grows close to a cat she begins to flourish and be herself. She craves affection from those she cares about though is terrified of the touch of strangers - she absolutely loves snuggling and being close to her mate and kits, and takes great comfort in Shiningwing's presence. Her self-confidence is extraordinarily low in almost all areas - rarely will she take charge and truly show her skills and potential. Extremely polite, she tries her best to start as little conflict as possible, and had been a mediator between cats on multiple occassions - a skill she would master if she wasn't so terrified of the prospect. After the birth of her kits, her motherly side has really, truly flourished, and extends further than to just her own kin.

-Began to realize her feelings for the HighClan tom, Shiningwing
-Confessed during NightClan's time helping HighClan with the sharptooth
-Began a forbidden relationship with Shiningwing
-Received her full name, Splashleaf, at 12 moons
-Given a prophecy about the Dark Forest cats from Blackstep of StarClan
-Helped deliver Hemlockstar and Talonstar's kits - has been keeping the secret of their relationship ever since

12-16 moons
-Continued to meet Shiningwing for many moons - and fell pregnant at around 16 moons.
-Fled NightClan with understanding from Hemlockstar
-After a debate between Talonstar and Shiningwing was accepted as a new member of HighClan and was welcomed into the nursery.
-Relatively scorned by many of HighClan's members, (notable : Snaketail) but nevertheless accepted and loved it as her new home

-Gave birth to Burningkit, Emberkit, and Scorchkit.
-While her three sons were still young, took in an abandoned tom kitten, Faintkit, as her own.
- Helped in the medicine den during the Greencough epidemic until her own son, Scorchkit, fell ill

S-she is perhaps the most intimidating cat I've ever met - apart from Hemlockstar. But...she's an amazing leader, an amazing cat overall and...I owe her everything for...for allowing me to stay. I...I like Deepwater a lot. She...she saved me from the Sharptooth back when I was an apprentice. But I haven't really t-talked to her since I came to HighClan. I...I'm not sure she is v-very fond of me.

S-Shiningwing! He's my mate...he's everything to me - my entire world. H-honestly, I...I never expected to fall in love...to be loved. I never thought anything would mean more to me t-than being a medicine cat, but...then I met him. And everything changed. H-he's always been there for me, always b-been the greatest friend I've ever had. I love him more than the stars themselves and I wouldn't give him...or our family...up for the world.

M-my eldest son...he has all the makings of an extraordinary cat. He's the most level-headed of all of his siblings and has always held himself with confidence...he's growing up so strong and he's going to make the Clan proud someday - I k-know I've been proud of him and his siblings since the day they were born.

My little Ember...he's my middle son, and the most quiet of his siblings. He's so sweet and polite to everyone he meets and I'm so proud of how he's growing up. He's perfect just the way he is, and I hope he realizes just how special he is and has been ever since he was born.

My little warrior! Scorchpaw is my youngest son and s-so much like his father - he has been since before he could open his eyes. He's always radiating confidence and he's growing up so strong and handsome. I know he's a troublemaker and quite a pawful - he always has been- b-but he has a good heart, just like Shiningwing.
