It makes me think of an enemy from super mario brothers 2. Sniffets. If they were to appear in the movie, this is what they probably would have looked like. Very nice work here

Ah! Yeah! Those guys were in there...
Remember when they're in the junkyard? The dudes chasing after them were supposedly Sniffets. Looked like Tuskan Sand Raiders though.

Wow. There's always some obscure thing in that movie somehow based on the games.I even heard that the imposing black lady was somehow inspired from a cheep cheep that had a crush on Mario.

I'd like to think of the SMB movie as a weird 80's-90's sci-fi flick with just REFERENCES to Mario games. It has a certain charm for me... even though they BUTCHERED it as a movie based on a game.

It's very disturbing and scary and fantastic. It's like a fictional character coming in our everyday life. I am a FX make up freak and I must admit I'm in awe at this.
Heeehh, now I'm imagining a thousand things with my RPG characters inculding this guy!

Do I spy a lego on the very top of the metal piece? Because, if not, it looks amazingly similar. XD
