Hmm, every time I do a self-portrait nowadays I'm in Calomia!

Inspired by one of my favourite Genesis songs (of which the lyrics become more and more relevant LOL) - Ripples and also by a lovely morning spent in a local park. That Weeping Willow is taken from life. The park is lovely - it has turtles in its lake! and a 13th century manor house.

I've done at least 3 other pictures based on that song.

Well, this is fading English rose Tru in one of her favourite spots on Calomia - the lake in Pastoria (she's very good at rhyming which is essential on Pastoria). She comes here for peace and quiet but Mr Hogweed is going to come past doing the latest craze of dunovoc surfing! [link] Those Calomia Crew kids are such a pain sometimes!

That stick isn't a walking aid on Calomia - she doesn't need it there. It's a useful weapon though!

Speaking of dunovocs, that's what those ducks are because they're not ducks at all. That's why they're green! Dunovocs are shape-changing creatures - any shape but they only come in green!

Tru is the founder of Calomia but you wouldn't think so the way those kids treat her! LOL

Watercolour and ink. I did mess about with it on the computer but it didn't work.

Next picture will probably be said dunovoc surfing by that pesky Joel!
