The problem with Winamp skins is that until Winamp2.91, the AVS is never (or extremely seldom) skinned ! I miss Winamp.com, because there, you were sure to find skins fully skinned. I found Scorpion fully skinned ! Believe me, that makes a difference to those who see in a skin not just something useful but mainly something beautiful to enhance their desktop !!
