It's been a while! I'm just coming to the end of my second year at Uni, which is why I haven't posted for a while. I'll pick up pace in the summer, when I don't have deadlines to stress over.

This character was a commission for a friend, to act as his avatar for VR chat and what not. I was heavily inspired by Brendan Sullivan's style of characters, as they're very bold and iconic, so I had a lot of fun studying how he did them and trying to mimic it to get a decent result. Of course, Mine is no where near his quality, but maybe I'll return and itterate on the design.

All that being said, I'm very happy with how this guy came out - I don't do a lot of low poly stuff any more, but it's how I started modelling, so it's nice to step away from sculpting for a bit and go back to my roots )
