He is the herald of the filth Queen Yot. Quomoth whole appearance is a parody and a mockery of all living creatures of our world. The duke has no gender, although he has signs of both genders. Also, when he proclaims the will of Yot, the followers of the filth Queen hear several voices, and one of them is female, another belongs to the man, the rest of the voices cannot be compared or described. Since Queen Yot is creature from beyond, her ration is human emotion. The duke helps his queen collect food to satisfy an unimaginable hunger. He arranges unthinkable orgies among his disciples (mainly sercehin's clans), and while the excited crowd copulates, the duke, in anticipation of mass ecstasy, reads sermons. And need to tell, these sermons are very obscene.
The Duke Quomoth comes to our world through a bloody lake (which undoubtedly is a portal). Rituals for calling him are unknown yet, because only his mistress decides when her disciples should hear the will of the filth goddess who speaks with the mouth of her herald.
