These two Celebi have each been blessed by a legendary pokemon and thus they look a bit like the one who blessed them!(Giratina blessed the one on the left, Dialga blessed the one on the right)
The G.Celebi likes causing time chaos while the D.Celebi always has to fix it!
He's getting pretty tired of having to fix his sister's disasters!
