ok, first of all - I know you didn't do the background for that design, meaning that you're breaking copyright law, since you didn't credit the original artist nor did you ask him for permission (since you should/would've stated so in the descrption)
Second, Impact isn't a font to use for your menu/navbar (here in the top right), since it's not clear, and placing cheap :: in front and behind the text... makes it even less readable. Also cheap trendwhore minimalism doesn't help - be a bit more original.
Starting your interface career by ripping images and overlaying them with transparent layers and some text doesn't make it look nice.
