She's been slicing into hardcore systems since she was 14 when her dad was teaching her tricks of the trade and how he provides for her lifestyle. She's considered to be a wizard class programmer. The suit she has on either full body dive suit that gives her some protection while diving deep into cyberspace. A green hair is natural turns out eating a lot of synthetic beef does that to you. She grew up in Emerald City so the green hair fits.
