I was stuck on heavy traffic a year ago when I saw a policeman on the side of street with no shirt on. This is how most Filipino policemen are, fat and raunchy(sorry chief but i admit there are better looking ones). So, if you ever plop by our islands you can seek these almost hard working men for help and assistance.may pulis, may pulis sa ilalim ng tulay(that's what they say)
