...waking at 3AM to the caterwauling and reflected eyes of a stray cat out the window shouldn't be that disturbing. Unless you live in a third-story apartment and instead of a meow or yowl, the accompanying noises sound like someone gave a whale a synthesizer. In that particular situation, it absolutely is.
