I like how the purple-haired gal seems to be sinking a bit faster than her partner...  she does come across as being a bit thicker in frame and more muscular, so perhaps her body density or weight or both are greater than the brunette's.  And, the brunette appears to be still trying to figure things out, totally oblivious to the fact that her friend is sinking deeper and faster into the mud.
