Description
In the books of the Animals of Farthing Wood, Adder was male and Sinuous was female.
Thus we have my third edition of said change.

It was hard trying to depict Adder as male, since Adder is pretty darn androgynous in the tv series, where Sinuous is super-masculine with his 'stache. So I had to give male-adder a mustache too. Female Sinuous has eyelash markings.

And boy, is female Sinuous full of sass in the books. I imagine a lot of their interactions as a couple would be along the lines of
Sinuous:
Adder: Sinuous...stahp. You're being confusing again.
