Something new again- full view please!
I've been busy for the past few months doing a few more stuff aside from (more)work- jury duty for UST, meeting new artists and people, planning and mulling over stuff for the upcoming summer conventions(starting this April inay!
).I somehow managed to sneak in non work related stuff, it's been a long time since I drew Mika and Mom and oh yeah, her li'l pet, too.
After working on this on and off for 4 days, it's finally finished! 
As you may have already noticed I have a thing for drawing feet(and legs, of course).
Probably the same way I love drawing hands, and short hair 
I dunno, it's just I noticed that a lot of people don't like drawing bare feet. In my case I like looking at 'em, and if I had a chance to throw a glance at someone's bare foot, I will. You can tell a lot about a person just by looking at his/her feet.
(I'm weird, I know)Done with the usual 2B 0.5 mechanical pencil on Canson paper. No ink was used in the making of this deviation.

Those are some pretty feet. I suck at drawing feet and legs so avoid drawing it as much as possible.
This is very well drawn. I would like to see the end product if you plan to color it.

At first I also avoided drawing stuff I wasn't good at (like hands and feet) but back in college I practiced and gave it a try and it turned out in a good way because I sort of stood out from among the crowd as "the guy who keeps drawing hands and feet"

As for the coloring, I haven't really tried yet. We've only started working with photoshop recently but perhaps one day I just may come back to you for a colab.

really like it....and about the feet-thing: there's some truth in it...i'm waiting for the day when i can draw the perfect feet/hands^^....

I use my own feet as reference a lot. If while drawing you feel that it looks wrong, it's a good thing because you're slowly understanding the structure of the real thing, and with more practice you'll eventually get used to it

i hope so...i know the effect you mean...some times ago...my latin-teacher said something like...Philipp you are good at drawing...draw a horse........and welll... i tried and it was total crap ^^' wich showed me i don't really know how a horse looks like... i think its the same thing with human anatomy and things in general you want to draw...
i'm often too lazy to practice more O_o...i got to do something about this...
