Also, I have NO idea why the would have cotton balls and as for Ironhide knowing where they are... no clue. I had a hard time figuring out who else would be in a med center at this point. Wheeljack and Perceptor would be doing science stuff and first aide is probably younger than ratchet by quite a bit... and Ratchet's an intern? brand spanking new medic? at this point.

You need to lock everything away when the Twins are around. They aren't really kleptomaniacs, but they do have the mechanoid version of ADD and tend to go chasing off to play with the nearest new/shiny thing, no matter what they were supposed to be doing.
