A smile is not just a smile,it is a reflection of emotion,
real,
and fake.
Do you smile on your lips,
but cry in your heart,
the happy smile is still sad.
The smile can be used to hide,
smile,
and noone wil question your sadness,
your sorrow
or your unhappyness.
Smile and mean it,
These bad feelings might turn good.
Laughter is the best medcine.

Your poem is VERY true! Well written!
Physiology is dictated by emotions and the opposite can be true too! Go skipping down the hall in front of alot of people and I am sure your won't be depressed! You may be embarassed but not down.
