The Red Bullet is a mysterious solo agent against the C.O.R.D (Corrupted Organization for Ruthless Dominance). She has been fighting against them ever since the day the organization was funded
Her mission against C.O.R.D was almost completed when she found out that the company was going bankrupt, but when the leaders of C.O.R.D found out about the grand million dollar prize at the F-Zero Grand Prix she decided to enter the race herself hoping to win the race, get the million dollars, and have C.O.R.D officially go bankrupt.
Before the first race, she noticed that the leaders of C.O.R.D where sabotaging the race track as well as some of the racers vehicles. Bullet has no choice but to risk her life saving the other racers.
One of these racers, PJ , Caught the leaders of C.O.R.D and accused them for cheating leading for the leaders of C.O.R.D to be disqualified. Now the the leaders of C.O.R.D want to murder PJ for getting them disqualified, so now Bullet has to protect PJ from the threats that C.O.R.D unleashes on him
