Woooh another request done.This is for ~Katniss-HP-Twilight who asked for a picture of Cedric on a broom. (hence the picture of Cedric on a broom.
)And all I could think about while drawing this was Cedric in A Very Potter Musical. ("Well I don't FIND that surprising at all.")
