I don't see how that's funny. I get it, of course, but, yeah, that was pretty bad. I think when Rowling wrote that, she hadn't intended for that to be funny. More like, "Oh my God, Draco! What the hell? After all that, you dick?" Sorta thing. Yeah, I have to agree, though, that probably was the worst thing he ever did. He was a jerk, but not an evil guy.
