Description Faux You

I allude to the stupidity
Of a return to the insanity
That led to this condition
To begin with.

Like a bottle and resulting run,
I’m not sure I could take the fun,
Though it seem’s a good idea
In my weakness.

Then a slap back to reality,
The nonexistance of what I believed to be,
The illusion that I must let fade away,
To end the loneliness that haunts me everyday
And the nonsense of hurting
Because I choose to.

I think the rhyme/not rhyme scheme makes this piece, like a particularly eloquent stream of thought. Good job.
