He is the father of Red cross...
But how, and what Eyecon's sound based on him look like? Kakugo! Let's do this!

Eyecon Detail
Name : Dunant Eyecon.
Base on : Henry Dunant (1828 - 1910) from Swiss. He had been a businessman like his dad, before being a witness in the aftermath of the Battle of Solferino.
What he saw in his eye? Suffer from everyone from both side... He then gave them a hand and care...
Later on, he wrote his experience in "A Memory of Solferino" before he decided to found the organization to help all wounded soldiers without discrimination... International Committee of the Red Cross.

He was the first to received Noble Prize, and his Red Cross still operates even in this day, in conflict, in disaster, help everyone in need as much as possible, both warriors and civilian...

"Heroic" Eyecon, indeed.

Move Invocation Time : Red Cross's symbol with 4 man-like shapes circle around it. (Intentionally represent that Red cross is "International" and "Neutrally", unintentionally represent the fact that there are 5 founders of Red Cross (Including Dunant).

Announcement : "Dunant! Musa betsu na kyumei! RED CROSS no shin Umei!" (mean : Undiscriminating livesaving! Red Cross's true destiny!)
Power that might has : Ability to heal, fix, and "teleport away" the victims. (Non-combative, indeed, but isn't it Dunant's intention? To heal, not hurt.)
Reason : Red Cross's official mission is, in short, to "save" every life and stand "being neutral" and "independent".
