Let's me tell about Lockseed, Lockseed is device that Kamen rider in Gaim(owned by Toei) use for transform. It is usually based on fruit, nut, flower, but Legend Rider Lockseed and, sure, fanmade Legend Lockseed based another rider and another anime respectively.
This one is Neptune Lockseed, based on Purple heart or Neptune in HyperDimension Neptunia series that made by Compile heart.
I will not tell a lot of detail of Gaim,Neptune and Lockseed so back to this fanmade work.
This Lockseed gives Armored rider(This is what people in city that Gaim lives call Kamen rider) a Neptune Arm.
Lockseed Detail
Lockseed name : Purple Heart //Make sure that there will not be mislook to another "Neptune" Lockseed.
Activation : "Neptune!"
Transformation (Gaim-style):"Neptune Arm! Planeptune no Megami (Planeptune's Goddess)!"
Reason : her announcement is refer to 2 things, Neptune is one of CPUs, goddesses of Gamindustri, who protect their landmass, for Neptune it's Planeptune.
