Not comic-y I know, but I did my own thing none the less. The assignment was to paint a smart phone...but in spite of the prevalence of smart phones(I even have one myself) but I still have a love for the old school flip phone. It's got an aesthetic that smart phones can't even come close to competing with and it's very nostalgic. At the tail end of high school the razer(and katana soon after) were IT and only the rich kids had em. So there's still a sense of awe to them for me.

This #digitalpainting was made from scratch by yours truly and a great exercise in #digitalillustration !
