basically..this is in part two of the aot story and blu is locked up along with ethan and red cause people are idiots. something went wrong and blu got all the blame so he was tied up and chained in the cells. idk where ethan and red are...maybe they're in the cell on the other side lol
but violet came down and the two share a moment and kiss for the very first time. (blu's been a little shy of this cause he thinks violet can do better then him. he's kinda like molly's damian. thinks he's a monster and no one should be near him. )
