Do I NEED to point out the art image in the center of this glorious bit of pixels ain't mine? Because it seems like I do. Because it ain't.

Quick-Play Spell Card
Lore: Special Summon 1 Level 4, 5, or 6 Spellcaster monster from your hand or GY, and if you do, the effects of monsters on the field with the same name as that Summoned monster cannot be activated for the rest of this turn. If this card is discarded to activate the effect of "Standard-Bearing Statuary" that negates the effect of a card on the field (and was not negated), after that effect resolves: You can activate this effect; neither player can activate effects with the same name as that negated card while this card is in the GY.
