Once per turn, if your LP changes (Quick Effect): Target 1 monster your opponent controls (if any); destroy it. If a monster targeted by any of this card's effects leaves the field, except the turn this card was Summoned: You can send this face-up card to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Cyber Scribe LV8" from your hand or Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
