Ritual Spell Card

Lore: This card can be used to Ritual Summon up to 2 Level 9 or lower "Necrogotia" Ritual Monsters. You must also Tribute monsters you control or in your hand, and/or banish 1 Ritual Monster from your GY, whose total Levels exactly equal the Level of that Ritual Monsters you Ritual Summon. You take no battle damage during the turn you activate this effect. During the End Phase of the turn you activate this effect, you can return 1 Ritual Monster Ritual Summoned by this effect to your hand, otherwise you take 1500 damage. You can only activate 1 "Necrotic Exchange Program" per turn.
