Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by shuffling 1 "Ice Barrier" Spell/Trap from your GY into the Deck. Each turn, 1 Level 5 or higher "Ice Barrier" monster you Normal Summon can be Summoned without Tributing. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand. If you control another WATER monster, this card's End Phase effect instead becomes "Your opponent must pay 400 LP to Special Summon a monster(s) next turn".

Sooo, use medallion to search for this.... shuffle medallion to summon this, then summon a big boy, and now your opponent had to pay LP for each Special summon they do next turn?
