Drawn January 27, 2013. My second drawing of the series "Malcom and Melvin." Legendary Adult Animator Ralph Bakshi created a short on "What A Cartoon" in 1995. This one depicts Melvin the clown, asking a bunch of strangers to hang out, and they collectively shout, NO! Shook up by the response, he leaves let down. Melvin's reaction causes a second of animation where he moves very loosely and quickly; I thought it looked cool.
