its a nice work, very pop, layout is good, color choice is nice, it shows that you have knowledge of graphic design, good stuff, kinda reminds me of somework by designer David Carson

looks good, has a very nice composition, the only thing i think needs adjusted is the word "in" at the upper left corner in the black circle, it doesnt seem to fit, but other than that, everything looks superb.

Hmmm... looks like you've tried to merge machinery with the mind. Maybe using an image of a brain rather than a skull would be more effective.
Otherwise, the image is good just based on its technical merits. Well done!

Very very nice. The placement of the objetcs really creates some great negative shapes.
