My HTF OC, in my art style. I'm struggling with drawing the art style consistently so I tried making a turn around for myself to reference. (Or if I ever have the money to commission pics of her haha XD)
I also tried emphasizing her tail, which is meant to appear slime-like and see through (instead of being fur and flesh etc. like the rest of her body.) It basically resembles shiny purple jello. (Which is why a certain fellow squirrel villager took a hearty bite out of it)

When I first drew her I went a bit overboard in her description, sorry if it was triggering, I try to rephrase it a bit friendlier.... (I was in a very bad place when I came up with her but I'm better now)

Although the premise is already well worn, she is from a universe very much like our own but she passes away and gets another chance at life in a different universe. Basically the standard set-up for an isekai. Because she phrases her wishes for the new universe badly she ends up in Happy Tree Friends. She observes how the town seems to be stuck in this time-loop of citizens dying, but seeming fine the next day with no memory of the events, so Twinkle sets out to find the reason for it and free her new found friends and neighbors from this awful fate.
