After ordering some type of breast inflator from some unknown company this woman tries it out but makes the big... -_-...mistake of using helium and well you can see the results.

And for once I actually drew a second person in the same frame and they actually don't look totally different. Usually one is so much larger than the other like one's head is larger than the other persons and so on.

Quite a funny comic IMO, but if it weirds you out with those "wtf?" vibes I apologize you were subjected to seeing it.
