This was partly inspired by ~askerian 's Teamwork series.
...I'm not even a Naruto fan, but I found that story rather intriguing.

Everyone else in this fandom is all about Reaver+Female!Sparrow, and everything they do with it is just so clichΓ© & overrated!...
My sis tries to do something creative, & the Fem!Sparrow+Reaver fans keep shoving in her face...
I very much prefer pairing the heroes among each other much more, they all have so much personality, I just cannot resist!

Lol, this is true.
Luckily I haven't had the privilage into running into some of the more volatile fangirls.
Though I do get upset when people dont' explore the full spectrum of the works. I mean there are so many awesome dynamics in the game besides!
besides, I think there's really only one or two relationships that would ever truly work w/ Reaver, and they aint got it tacked down.
Wouldn't worry about rantin, do a fair share myself.

I know, most of them are about how Reaver sees Sparrow & he can't stop thinking about her & blah, & all that clichΓ©, mushy-stuff 
And THEN, there's the "Reaver & Sparrow hook up/get married & become a team!" plots, that just make me facepalm hard.
Yeah, like Reaver would ENJOY sharing the spotlight with anyone!
...And I'm not even going to begin with the ones that go start with the ones that go around saying that Sparrow is the "Only one" for Reaver...
It's crap like that, which makes me throw my arms up & say "Come on! Sparrow's not THAT special!" Plus, you'd think a man who has lived for about 300 years has been in all kinds of relationships & wouldn't fall head-over-heels for some adventurer who walked into Bloodstone yesterday, and might unintentionally become more famous than he is...
Plus, I'm actually interested in the woman he loved back when he lived in Oakvale. She must have been pretty important enough to still haunt his dreams...

yeah, I'm pretty sure the only type of relationship that could last with him would be like a casual flingy thing that's more buddy buddy then lovey lovey. Without a lot of attachments anywho, least not with Reaver anyway >_>
That whole time period is pretty enigmatic. It'd be interesting to know more about it.
It also makes me laugh that you learn most about him after he game XD

Plus, the only recognition Hammer & Garth ever get in those stories is the "Third wheel" of the relationship, either that, or they have Garth teasing Reaver about being "in love", and Hammer is Sparrow's overprotective/patronizing friend, and all that OOC crap that they think is 'good'...
It's rather sad sometimes, how those two just get thrown aside all the time...

I haven't played the game but dear lawd is this ever cute. I really like the kids in this. Especially the one looking about ready to harass Reaver. XD

It's originally an idea of the 3 heroes being involved in a love triangle. Garth is the apex of the triangle.
