Toon Link's face! XD
I've heard Toon Link say "Come on", "Hey!", and "Yay!". I definately remember hearing him shout "Yay!" after he found his sword in the Forsaken Fortress. In the beginning of Phantom Hourglass, Toon Link speaks to Linebeck. There is no actual dialogue, but his mouth was moving.
When I RP Toon Link in SSB RPs, I give him an accent. XP
Er, but that really doesn't have anything to do with the pic... ^^' But the thought of someone telling Link to shut up is humorous by itself!

I believe he can speak only because in one level he yells "COME ON!"
So in my stories he's usually speaking. XD I'm weird like that though...kinda funny.

Yeah, he says a few things on screen, but when you see Link's friends, relatives in the game they're like "You said..." and all that...
IHe doesn't speak in my stories, or at least he doesn't say things further than what he says in WW. He says "come on" to Finn one night, to bring him outside when Finn was restless..

I always love to think that this silent protagonist business was him being all shy and that and in ur story his adult form actually speaks. Also he becomes more assertive and, youknow, doesnt let Tetra boss him around ( while she still does many attempts).
