This one's an older thing, from my Pixiv... but I still like it!

it's a TG sequence of Deven Takoizu (Y'know the guy Prince Deven made) transforming into Blake Belladonna (From RWBY) and while I had to use some very noticeable inpainting in the end I enjoyed how it turned out. Deven apparently wanted to make a skit of this but I already posted the sequence to Pixiv before he could do anything. Yeah I might make another Deven to RWBY transformation sequence one day... maybe Blaze to Cinder Fall, well actually I can't seem to get Blaze's hair right... oh what about Flare? Eh whatever...
