Okay... despite millions of people (myself included) loving the animated series as children, you have to admit, that Ash was the dumbest person that ever walked the face of the Earth. I mean, he has let every good Pokemon he has ever had go (Pikachu included, he just came back). Additionally, he throws himself into the stupidest of situations for absolutely no reason (he saw those giant balls of death and ran in anyway). And, on top of all of that, he's traveled with like a dozen (more like 3 or 4 but still....) girls that have almost all shown some sort of affection toward him, and he just shoots them all down in the most oblivious manner possible. Granted, he's been a 10 year old for a really long time; and, apparently, his world has a selective educational system , but he's still really stupid! The series was still awesome though.
