Here is the part in "SM" where the transformation takes place: Robot, enraged, made his way into Dexter's laboratory, alone. His eyes and brain turned orange in fury. Right then and there, something inside of him snapped. He screamed and began to destroy the entire lab.
Dexter's test tubes became cracked, flooding waterfalls of chemicals, his inventions turned into damaged pieces of scrap metal and various tools were thrown against the wall. Robot even went so far as to grab a screwdriver with his vocal slot and break it in two using his teeth. By the time he was finished going on his maniacal rampage, the lab was in complete shambles. Electricity sparks flew from ripped wires, chemicals continued to pour onto the ground, etc.
The automation stood in the middle of his destruction, breathing harder than he ever did before. He stared down at his shaking claws, which he clenched into fists.
"I have had it with that disrespectful Powerpuff Girl!" Robot bellowed to himself. "I am not even allowed to stick up for myself, anymore! Buttercup is the REAL JERK! Everybody is on HER side! She always gets her way, no matter what! She is a horrible, spoiled brat! NOBODY pushes me around! NOBODY!"
All of a sudden, for no apparent reason, he felt a strong malfunction in his brain and then, it escalated to his body. Robot was screeching while he rolled around on the floor, looking as though he was in pain. He was curled up into a ball the whole time; lying on his side. He kicked and flailed on his back afterward like a toddler throwing a fit. He managed to stop himself and his anguish turned to panic.
The cybernetic teenager picked up one of his claws to find it had become larger and formed into an animal-like talon, but still remained the same. Before he had a chance to cry out for help, another malfunction attack occurred. His teeth changed into fangs and acidic slime fell out of his vocal slot. Robot immediately stood up and backed away in horror.
"W-what... what's happening?!" Robot mewled, frightened. The next thing he knew, his left claw was now a talon and a third malfunction episode forced him to the floor on all fours. He struggled to stand properly, but it was no use. His voice became deeper in a monstrous tone and he grew to the size of a beast. One, final malfunction overtook him, and a giant shadow appeared on the wall. A five hundred pound metallic creature was in place of Robot Jones. At last, it shook the laboratory with its deafening, metal scraping roar.

Ooooooh shoot. I'm sorry. I didn't know. I firgued that if he saw Shannon, it would jumpstart his memory or something. Was he bigger or smaller in the first pic. I really couldn't tell. Also I'm sorry. I've been having to work 12-14 hour shifts at work so I haven't been drawing much. Dually noted! It's really no big deal, I'm just excited to read it when it's done.

He was normal sized. I can show you the original, again, if that's okay. I'll do my best to work harder on it. The thing's been in my Sta.sh since 2016.
