It's Randall Boggs from Monsters Inc! ...And his amazing floating tail! ^_^ Personally, my favorite character from any Pixar movie. My first fanart... You can tell that I haven't taken an art class since grade seven, can't you? *cowers* I'm more of a writer than an artist...
Anyway, I sorta based his posture from when he was just unblending from that painting of one of the Waternooses to scare Mike? He actually had the rest of his body when I drew it, but one of his pairs of legs was much smaller than the other, his lower section was too straight, and was generally horrible, so... I cut it out, and drew another tail instead. Now that I've scanned it, it looks quite faint, and not as good as before, but... *shrugs*
