Full Disclosure- Second chapter illustration forWasn't totally sure what the compass was supposed to look like sooo.
....the much smaller cloaked figure merely responded to all of that by simply narrowing his blood-red eyes ever so slightly and then by extending his right hand in a manner that implied that he wanted his much larger associate to give him something. However, the much larger cloaked individual first decided to respond to all of that by saying-
"(Under a laugh) so… you actually think that you can handle this infernal device better than I can, do you, my stoic little friend? (Under more laughter) well… if that's the case, then; by all means, let's put that theory to the test, shall we, O silent partner of mine? (Chuckles a bit more) I'm actually quite interested to see what happens when you're the one in charge of the navigation for change, my dear little chum, quite interested to see that indeed…"
-right before he (somewhat mockingly) handed over the purple enchanted compass to the much smaller cloaked individual....

Well done, my artistic friend, well done indeed. Ekaj’s more detailed appearance wasn’t supposed to be revealed until much later on, though, but, that’s a nitpick, really.
