Mew Mew Power in your face! I have to say, everytime I hear this, I crack up. xDDWhat's this? Bechno Kid actually drew something from an anime even though she says that she hates it? D8 Yep, but it's not like that I hate all anime/manga. I mostly hated anime/manga because it kept bringing back the worst memories when I was in middle school. I really don't like to talk about it. xDD
However, there were some that brought back very good memories, such as Sailor Moon, Digimon, and Tokyo Mew Mew. So I thought I could do a little experiment to possibly draw them cartoony as a little tribute. It was quite fun. >:]

Although I've only heard of this series, I really like how they turned out in your style! Haha, yeah. I can understand the middle school things.
I mean, these guys bothered me about it too when I transfered there. I mean, I wasn't good at all, and they'd always be looking over my shoulder or bothering me all like "Hey Hey, can I have one? Why do you draw this all the tiiiiiimmeeee?" and such. It was annoying, but encouraged me in a....masochistic way I suppose.
But yeah. I suppose it's all in how you react to these experiences, is what shapes your future style.
Personally, I like your cartoony style. It's awesome, and you can do anything with it. Seriously. - I mean, just look at Pudding!

Aww, yeah. Middle school seems to do that to people... I mean, it was almost like we all had to conform to this...image. Unsaid and unspoken rule, yes, but we all did it.
Yup, that's a good thing about highschool. And also that we can be...whatever the hell we want to be. 'Cause no matter how hard they try to put us under those stereotypes , ugh, we will never give in!! HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Making people pretty isn't always needed. Like the Romans, remember? Although the Greeks were able to make everyone all pretty and stuff, the Romans took that, but reformed it so it was realistic, and.. well, you could see human faults. XD (I can't bring myself to say anything more)

Nah, no need to apologize. I guess I could tell you since you're my good friend. :] I remember trying to draw anime when I was in middle school, but to no avail. So I was in a state of depression for a while since I could never get the anime style right. Seeing my friends with manga books made it even worse. During that year, I was losing most of my friends, thus causing me to be emo.
So since then, I decided to give up on anime and manga and also decided to hate it in attempts to avoid remembering those horrible middle school memories.
But then, I realized that I can't hate all anime. Some brought back good memories also, just like Tokyo Mew Mew, Sailor Moon, and many others. So here I am. 8D

Being a christian, I was so angry that they removed anything that was christian related, including editing Zakuro's ZaCross Whip. Zakuro was Christian? O___o *hasn't gotten far enough* Well, think about: if someone from a different religion liked the show but didn't agree with the religious parts, they would complain, and BAM.
