Whoops! Sorry Anarchylonewolf29, I forgot all about marking hotspots. Attached is a crude map of the desert. I hope it is good.

Hotspot explanations:
Oasis: A cool, somewhat fertile watering hole. The meeting point of choice for the Sun Runners and other nomads.
Fishing Village: An unnamed community settled in an estuary plentiful with fish. They survive by catching only what they need, to ensure it stays plentiful.
Plateaus: Flat mountain ranges. Shady and a favorite waiting place for marauders.
Hornet Den: An underground network of caverns, home to ferocious giant hornets. It's rumored that potent medicinal fungi grow down there, but no one who's gone down there has ever come back out alive to talk. A few zombies escaped, but they refused to disclose any information regarding what's down the Hornet Den.
Mystical Solar Cave: That neat undeground mountain with the red and yellow crystals that Anarchylonewolf29 stressed was central to the group's power. The Alpine Woods Tribe is supposed to have a Mystical Lunar Cave too, I believe.
