Effect:
"During your Main Phase: You can pay 500 LP, then reveal 1 Neo Monster in your hand or Extra Deck; Special Summon, from your hand, Deck or GY, or that is banished, 1 of the Neo Materials whose name is specifically listed on that card, also, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except Neo and Normal Monsters, the turn you activate this effect. You can only use this effect of "Forging a Future Self" once per turn. Normal Monsters you control gain 100 ATK/DEF for each Neo Monster you control. If you would Neo Summon a Neo Monster from your Extra Deck, you can use monsters in your hand as material."
