Description
UF5.Over at the Infinite Art Forums we are having some fun searching for mini mandelbrots. Here's one I found in the Nova Mandelbrot.
The chains lend to the texture which I added to with some SFBM 2 and Laris 3. I wanted to make you want to reach out and touch it

Thank you so much. The forum was started by Janet for the launch of her e-books, (since she will no longer teach the online courses at VAA) if you are a graduate of all 3 VAA classes you can join or you have to buy one (or all) book(s) and you will be given access. It's quite exciting to have a new place to discuss fractals. Hope to see you soon.

Is the forum on her website or on the VAA? Do I have to contact her?

The forum is separate from her website. Here's the link to the e-book purchase page: [link]
After you buy one of the books Janet will contact you with setting up your username and password for your forum account.

once again Kim, you just take it to another level. Your palettes and textures add an incredible richness to your images and I love how you are so disciplined in keeping with rich earthy color sets.
Where is Laris 3? I can't find it in my libraries?

Thank you Dave. I should have qualified my comment that Laris 3 is the formula not the coloring. It's in the sam.ufm I just dragged that layer over from another image.

It's fun looking for mini brots!
Nice one! The texture in the middle areas looks like reptile skin - very tactile.
