This one is very hard to cosplay, as the original model is also human. Fantastic work nonetheless!

The ingame model was partly redone including face structure and expressions to match Anna Moleva - Russian cosplayer, who were invited as official Elizabeth.

Actually, it wasn't. They only modelled the box art and commercial after her.
The in game model was changed, but not to match her.
I saw this in an interview a few days ago.
